Hot Site

Hot Site is an area exclusively allocated for the client, where the client pays a monthly fee and has a guarantee of room availability for immediate use.
To access the area, the client must request the service to the NOC with at least 1 hour in advance for security procedures and release room access.

Each individual workspace has 2.4 sqm plus circulation area.

The client can use its area for a maximum of 15 calendar days and the client must keep the same period without use and for each period used, (called "idle period"), and the annual contracted allowance is of 30 days per year (non-cumulative).

In case the client uses the room during the "idle period" or days beyond the contracted allowance, an additional daily charge will apply.

 

Cold Site

The Cold Site is an shared area allocated for the client, where the client pays a monthly fee and shares the room with up to 4 other selected clients and out of the 5 companies, only one Company can use the room (the simultaneous use by two companies of the same group is not allowed).

To access the area, the client must request the service to the NOC with at least 1 hour in advance for security procedures and release room access.

Each individual workspace has 2.4 sqm plus circulation area.

The client will pay an hourly rate according to number of workspaces in use (not the contracted workspaces, but those in use).
