N2 Support Analyst - Linux
Prerequisites / Candidate Profile: Experience in medium and high technological complexity environments, handling incident calls and service requests, experience with technical customer service. Have worked on call and calls outside business hours. Behavioral skills: Communicative, organized and proactive.
Technical/specific knowledge: Notions of LAN network architecture and firewalls, implementation, support and performance optimization of Linux operating systems and their distributions, high-availability environments, analysis and correction of vulnerabilities in Linux operating systems, intermediate knowledge in Microsoft and VMWARE virtualization platforms, Installation and parameterization of monitoring environments using Zabbix and Grafana.
Desirable: LPE or similar certification and ITIL V3 or V4. Certification in Zabbix 4.0 or higher will be considered differential.
Academic training: Graduated.
N2 Support Analyst - Microsoft
Job description: Specialist in Microsoft operating systems and subsystems. Responsible for third level support and project implementation.
