Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job description:

  • Prospect the market using phone, email, social networks and specific tools.
  • Qualify Inbound/Outbound Leads and know how to describe our services.
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team based on a monthly qualification target.
  • He will be part of the Growth Marketing team with the objective of discovering business opportunities for the sale of datacenter and cloud computing services.
  • Work together with other team employees and teams related to the final sales goal.

Prerequisites / Candidate Profile:

  • Knowledge of information technology and the Cloud Computing and IT market is essential.
  • Desirable familiarity with the Predictable Income book (Aaron Ross).
  • Desirable knowledge of prospecting tools (RAMPER, DUX-SOUP, RD STATION).
  • Intermediate level Office package.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an SDR or similar role.

Network Infrastructure Analyst

Job description:

Acting in service to incidents, requests and implementation of new customer environments with a main focus on Firewall (tunnels, VPN SSL/IPSec), switches and desirable load balancer.

Prerequisites / Candidate Profile:

Previous experience in environments of medium and high technological complexity, service calls for incidents and service requests, experience with technical customer service, having worked on call and calls outside business hours.

Technical/specific knowledge:

Deployment and support of LAN/WAN Networks, Deployment and Support in Firewalls, load balancers. Knowledge in Data Center and Infrastructure.

Financial Admin Assistant

Job description:

Management of accounts payable and receivable;

Perform bank reconciliation;

Conduct negotiations with banks and other financial institutions;

Preparation of reports for financial status.

Technical/specific knowledge:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Accounting;

Experience with the financial area, Knowledge in SAP – ERP, bank reconciliation;

Intermediate Excel (PivotTable, VLOOKUP and Formulas);

Responsible for collections;

Organization of documents;

Verification of cases of default;

Job description:

Work in the architecture design and implementation of infrastructure solutions in firewall, networks in general, load balancer, IDS/IPS. Also act in the service of incidents and complex requests involving the infrastructure of internal networks and customers.

Technical/specific knowledge:

Experience in medium and high technological complexity environments, general knowledge in networks, firewall and necessarily in load balancer.

Architectural designer, implementation and support of LAN/WAN Networks, IPv4/IPv6 protocol, BGP and OSPF routing protocol domain, implementation and support in Firewalls, load balancers and knowledge in Data Center.

Desirable certification CCNA, CCNP, will be differentials and knowledge in balancer.
