Service Level Agreement
Matrix is committed to fully meeting the SLA commitments by providing redundancy in every aspect.
All Matrix infrastructure equipment is redundant for the highest possible availability. We ensure the following annual uptime indicators, evaluated monthly:
- 99.9% of colocation service availability
- 99.5% availability of Enterpise Hosting, non-redundant servers;
- Enterpise Hosting Availability 99.8% in High Availability (HA)
- Cloud Computing Availability 99.9%
