User Administration

The ownership of the full privilege user in the operating system (the Administrator user in Windows and Root for Linux or Unix) will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of Matrix.

Matrix will grant the client users with administrative, intermediary and customized rights for the needs of managing their application. If it is necessary for the customer to have a user with full privileges for a certain server, he will not be subject to management and operating system administration services by Matrix.

The customer must provide Matrix, through a written document, with the access requirements for a given operating system. Typically, these needs should include the complete profile of each user, such as: resources, accesses, schedules, administrative tasks, among others.

Changes to the operating system that require administrative privileges may be requested, upon approval by Matrix's technical area, through tickets containing the necessary instructions, following the client's procedures, which will also be analyzed by Matrix.

The customer will be responsible in the troubleshooting process with regard to problems related to the application managed by the same or that are out of scope.
