Scope of Colocation Services
- The customer's rack has a pair of power strips at 208 Volts in alternating current (connected to the X and Y transmission circuits) with NBR 14136 termination. If there is a need for a different type of termination, these will be charged as an additional service , and must be informed to the Data Center Matrix at project time so that the necessary adjustments can be made.
- To take advantage of the redundancy of electrical energy transmission circuits, the customer must use equipment with redundant energy sources. If this is a limit, the customer's rack can be configured with an ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch). This is an optional service, and will be charged additionally, and the customer must inform this need at project time.
- The standard electrical power capacity provided for each customer rack is 7KVA. If there is a need for a greater load of energy on the customer's rack, this will be charged as an additional service, and it must be informed to the Data Center Matrix at project time so that the necessary adjustments can be made.
- Customer rack connectivity options are described in Connectivity and Internet Access Bandwidth
