Matrix Data Center building installations are TR3 or Tier III certified, which is the highest level of sophistication in the market for commercial data center building infrastructure. All building components include redundancy, allowing concurrent maintenance of any component, without impacting production systems.

This configuration ensures the theoretical availability of 99.998% of the Data Center building infrastructure. Unlike most competitors, Matrix designs and operates its Data Centers with its own workforce. The combination of these characteristics makes the historical effective availability of the Data Center Matrix facilities to be 99.999%.

The Matrix Data Center's current infrastructure certification was issued by TÜV Rheinland - TR3 based on the TIA-942 Standard. In addition to evaluating electrical and mechanical equipment and operating procedures, it evaluates requirements such as architecture, location, fire protection, physical security, network architecture, risks, quality, among others. The Data Center Matrix was also certified by the Uptime Institue - Tier III at the time of its construction.
