Environment and Availability Architecture
Dedicated hosting service allows the establishment of computing environments to support critical mission, using physical equipment, made available in a dedicated manner to the customer.
All hardware and software that make up the Enterprise Hosting solutions are acquired by Matrix through top-tier manufacturers. All components are protected with manufacturer maintenance agreements, with the most critical components having on-site spare parts.
Dedicated hosting environments can be architected in a SPOF (single point of failure) or HA (high availability) high availability scenario:
In the SPOF scenario, the customer has a single server or equipment to meet the user's requests, ensuring an environment availability level of 99.5%.
In the HA scenario, the customer has a group of equipment to meet the user's requests, ensuring an availability level of 99.9%.
Further details on the service level agreement – SLA (service level agreement) can be found in Management Services.
