Matrix adopted the “neutral” concept for telecom carriers in order to serve its customers better. This means that the company works with several telephone companies and providers in order to ensure customer data availability as efficiently as possible.
“One of the key benefits of a ‘neutral carrier data center’ to customers is their independence to decide on their own provider and their replacement whenever desired with no complications,” asserted Matrix VP of operations Eber Lacerda Junior.
Late last year the Internet Framework had a boost for approval by the lower house in Congress. The new text ready for voting contains an article that regulates Internet principles and allows operators to propose differentiated packages. A neutral carrier data center such as Matrix may then take advantage of commercial opportunities arising from this competitiveness.
